Experiencing the City

A human geographical perspective to how we learn and experience the city. A range of topics are examined including urban imageability, cityscapes, public spaces, place attachment, public transit, way finding and walkability. Prerequisites: GG102 or permission of the department. Notes: The method of instruction involves lectures and active learning.
